As a new client, please complete the First Visit Form and bring to your First Visit.
Getting To My Office
My office is located in Suite 210 at 2910 Camino Diablo, a frontage road to highway 24, in Walnut Creek:
From Hwy 24 heading East towards Walnut Creek Take the Mount Diablo exit from Hwy 24. Take a left at the first stoplight onto Camino Diablo. Follow Camino Diablo for a little more than half a mile. As you pass Elite Tile, you will see a business sign for 2900-2960 Camino Diablo, turn right here and take an immediate left into the parking lot. 2910 is the second building on your right.From Hwy 680 (North or South) Take the Olympic Blvd. exit. (If you are coming from 680 South go right on Olympic Blvd, if you are coming from 680 North, you will take a left onto Olympic Blvd.) Go left on Alpine Way. (This is an immediate left coming from 680 South). Turn left at Mt. Diablo. At the last stoplight before getting on Hwy 24, take a right on Camino Diablo. Follow Camino Diablo for a little more than half a mile. As you pass Elite Tile, you will see a business sign for 2900-2960 Camino Diablo, turn right here and take an immediate left into the parking lot. 2910 is the second building on your right.
We are on the far side (courtyard side) of the building on the second floor, suite 210. You will have to walk around to the backside of building 2910 to access the stairs to the 2nd floor. Please note that there is another Suite 210 (Summit Bldg) accessed from the frontside (parking lot side) of building 2910, this is NOT our office!
Parking is plentiful and free.
What to Expect
During your First Visit a full medical history is taken. We discuss your health in detail from birth to present including aspects of lifestyle, exposure to toxins, diet, exercise, and mental health. Your first consultation may last from 60-90 minutes. I work with many young children and families and encourage parents to come to the first visit without their little ones. The First Visit can be lengthy and rather boring for the little ones! However, if alternative childcare is not an option, you can bring your child and we will get through as much of the material as they will allow. Please also bring a list of all supplements and medications with details about dose and ingredients if you have not already provided this information on your First Visit Form.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations requiring refund of registration fees paid need to be made at least 48 hours prior to the first class of a single or multi-class program. No refunds for classes or workshops will be given for cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled class or workshop start time. All individual consultation appointment cancellations or rescheduling must occur at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. If an appointment is canceled within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment or you miss your appointment you will be charged $50 no show fee/late cancellation fee for the missed appointment. There are no refunds for prepaid packages after the first session.
